Frequently asked questions
What is the MOQ for OEM/ODM fabric weaving?
MOQs start from 300–2,000 m per colourway depending on composition and construction. Because we weave to order, we can often accommodate smaller first runs for new private-label launches — contact us with your target volume.
Can you match a private-label colourway to my reference?
Yes. We develop custom colourways from your Pantone/TPG reference or physical swatch, with lab dips for sign-off before bulk weaving.
What performance tests do you run on custom fabrics?
We test abrasion (Wyzenbeek/Martindale), lightfastness, water repellency (AATCC 22), cleaning codes and flame-retardant standards such as CAL TB 117, EN 1021 and BS 5852, with test reports on request.
Do you ship fabric rolls to the EU?
Yes. We ship FCL/LCL and consolidated freight to European ports with export documentation and customs clearance handled by KCK.
