Wat is de MOQ voor OEM/ODM stofweven?
De MOQ begint bij 300–2.000 m per kleurwijze, afhankelijk van samenstelling en constructie. Omdat we op bestelling weven, kunnen we voor nieuwe private-label lanceringen vaak kleinere eerste hoeveelheden toestaan — neem contact op met uw doelvolume.
Kunnen jullie een private-label kleurwijze matchen op mijn referentie?
Ja. Wij ontwikkelen maatwerk kleurwijzes op basis van uw Pantone/TPG-referentie of fysiek staal, met labdips ter goedkeuring vóór bulkweven.
Welke performancetests voeren jullie uit op maatwerk stoffen?
Wij testen slijtvastheid (Wyzenbeek/Martindale), lichtechtheid, waterafstotendheid (AATCC 22), reinigingscodes en brandvertragingsnormen zoals CAL TB 117, EN 1021 en BS 5852 – testrapporten op aanvraag.
Verzenden jullie stofrollen naar de EU?
Ja. Wij verzenden FCL/LCL en consolidatie naar Europese havens met exportdocumenten en douaneafhandeling door KCK.
